First-Off Inspection.

Before any production run begins, a “first-off” component is machined and subjected to a rigorous dimensional inspection against your CAD models to ensure the machine setup is flawless.

In-Process Monitoring.

Our operators conduct continuous in-process checks at designated intervals during medium and high-volume batch work, ensuring tools are fresh and tolerances do not drift.

Final Metrology & Dispatch.

All completed batches undergo a final quality control inspection in our dedicated metrology area before being securely packaged and dispatched to your facility.

Calibrated Metrology Equipment

We utilize a comprehensive suite of calibrated inspection equipment to verify complex geometries and tight tolerances. Our inspection suite includes profile projectors, shadowgraphs, digital height gauges, surface finish testers, and a full range of calibrated micrometers and thread slips.
